What happens if Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) doesn’t meet its specified standards?

We monitor its progress on meeting the service standards throughout the year. At the end of each year, it reports on its progress in the Departmental Performance Report. If we have not met a standard, it explains why. Then the department changes the way it does things and reviews the service standards, as necessary.
