I didn’t pay enough for my application. What can I do?

You have 2 options.

Option 1: Pay the difference

For citizenship or immigration applications, you can make an additional payment online. Include both receipts with your application.

We will accept more than one receipt for the same application if they add up to the right amount.

Option 2: Request a refund

You can request a refund for your payment and pay again. Make sure you pay the right amount and include the receipt with your application.
