I’m a representative/designated person. Why can’t I get my party ID?
If you couldn’t get your party ID using the tool:
- Make sure your name and email address exactly match what was on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form.
- If you used different names (for example, with and without your middle name) or email addresses over time, try getting your party ID with these.
- If you still can’t get your party ID, contact us. Include as many details as possible about the application you’re trying to access.
