I’m a representative/designated person. Why can’t I get my party ID?

If you couldn’t get your party ID using the tool:

1. Make sure your name and email address exactly match what was on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form.
   • If you used different names (for example, with and without your middle name) or email addresses over time, try getting your party ID with these.
2. If you still can’t get your party ID, contact us. Include as many details as possible about the application you’re trying to access.
