I was invited to apply to sponsor my parents, but didn’t get an email invitation. How do I get it?
If you didn’t get our email invitation and the Check your invitation status tool says you were invited, follow these steps:
- Check the junk mail or spam folder of the email address you used on your interest to sponsor form to make sure you didn’t miss the email.
- If we couldn’t send you the invitation by email, we sent it by mail to the mailing address you put on your 2020 interest to sponsor form. Check your physical mailbox.
If you still can’t find your invitation, use the Find your lost confirmation number page to
- get your confirmation number
- get a copy of your invitation to apply, if you’ve been invited
- tell us your new email address if you’ve changed it
